Organized by the Anti-Discrimination Legal Forum (ADLF) in collaboration with the South Asian Institute of Policy and Governance (SIPG) at North South University, the event brought together legal experts, academics, and human rights advocates to critically examine the Act’s historical significance, contemporary relevance, and challenges in implementation.
